Chaine, is a remarkably apt name for the band. Chai stands for dismantle in Chinese. This Beijing-based band lining up with Huazi on vocal, An Zhihua on guitar, Luo Jiao on Bass and Wen Chengfu on percussions. Their music, generally, combined the urban rock and the style of nu-metal performers with pleasing melodies and impressive lyrics that all reveals the fast urban life.

It is worth mentioning that Huazi the vocal, is a truly legend not just in the Chaine group but also in the world of arts and entertainment. rock star, song writer, producer, Best Singer Of The Year, film composer, former actor, scriptwriter, founder of the Yugong Yishan, image director, art name it, he did it.

An Zhihua, graduated in Central Conservatory of Music, is the guitar player of the band. After participated in many folk music concerts, musical dramas and rock n roll live, the founder of #57 Studio (Beijing) is now embarking upon the songwriting for Chaine. Luo Jiao's the new bass player while Wen Chengfu is a well-known drummer in Beijing, sharing stage with many excellent artists through all these years.

Having been formed for 2 years, Chaine played a variety of Livehouses, clubs like Mao Live, Get Lucky Bar D-22... On the eight of December, 2007, they had the first SPECIAL PERFORMANCE at Starlive and soon after the show, the band gave an exclusive interview with XMUSICMAG. During the time they practice, wear-in, performance, tour across the country and just continue.

On April 23rd, 2008, their first record Home is released. The success of their first EP made it possible for the group to try a lot more creative techniques. On November 8th, 2008, they performed at the Shenyang Beer Festival Party only for Music.

On August 7th, their second record 18KM is released. On December 31st, 2009, they rocked the 1st Beijing Charity Rock Festival by China Red Cross.

On February 17th/18th, 2010, they performed at the 2nd Beijing Charity Rock Festival by China Red Cross. On May 4th, they performed at the Midi Music Festival 2010.
