History
Formed in 2007, Why Lazy is a new force within the metal scene in Henan Province. They underwent a number of lineup changes until they became stable in their current 5 member lineup coming from different cities such as Zhengzhou, Xincun and Jiaozuo.
The pure nu-metal style of Why Lazy when they formed at the beginning transformed to various styles which includes metalcore, post-hardcore and nu-metal. Why Lazy became a representative among heavy metal bands of Henan after endeavor for couple of years. They have fury and violence which is the essence of metal music and accompanied with melody at the same time,with they roaring hoarsely and the melodious and loud melody voice.the feature they creat is breaking the traditional structure of heavy metal with the intensive contrast and comparision.
In the beginning playing nu-metal they gradually changed towards post hardcore and metalcore. In July 2011 they signed to Mort Productions and release an EP "Precipitation".

In March, they got interviewed by Rock in China. Aksed about the Zhengzhou scene they responded:
It was amazing in pasting time.but most of nice bands have been dismissed.7 Live House is the most professional venue in henan,the number of the audience is still growing.because different style can attract different fans,so its diffcult to estimate it.[1]
